Home Sustainability Supply Chain
Traceability, ethics and transparency along the supply chain

We look beyond the boundaries of our business to extend our desire to promote the development of ethical, sustainable and inclusive workplaces across our supply chain. Through tools such as questionnaires and software, we aim to achieve Tier 3 tracking by 2025 to ensure that workers are protected and valued.

We also rely on the Digital Product Passport tool to collect and share timely information on production processes throughout the value chain.

MONITORING
SUPPLIERS
AND SHARING OPPORTUNITIES

Analyzing the Carbon Footprint of our products helps us understand what alternative choices and technologies we can use to reduce the environmental impact of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibility for industrial steps such as manufacturing or dyeing our hats is shared with suppliers, whom we monitor through questionnaires and keep informed of opportunities for improvement.

We are also developing a rating system for direct suppliers (Tier 1), which we will gradually extend to our indirect suppliers.

*For beanie hats, the second most impactful phase is the dyeing process, with a contribution ranging from 23% to 29% of the total. *For baseball caps, the second most impactful phase after the fabric manufacturing phase is the cap manufacturing phase, which contributes between 7% and 23% of the total life cycle.

Common conduct

We firmly believe in collaboration, which is why we share with our suppliers and business partners a Code of Conduct that outlines the principles to be observed to ensure working conditions that are in line with international standards and local laws.

Issues such as wages, working hours, trade union freedom, non-discrimination, whistle-blowing, health and safety are therefore fully part of the contractual relationship between our company and its direct stakeholders.
