The Sedex methodology has not created a new certification standard, but has proposed a procedure (SMETA), which our company adopts for itself to conduct audits at its suppliers, collecting best practices regarding the conduct of audits in an ethical and social way. Sedex thus makes it possible to manage supply chain risks and improve working conditions.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is one of the most well-known labeling systems in the world that certifies fabrics for the presence of harmful substances. If a textile item carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be sure that the product has been tested for numerous regulated and unregulated substances, which may be harmful to human health. The test is conducted by the independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes based on an extensive catalog of OEKO-TEX® criteria. Thanks to the collaboration with L.C.A. Ambiente, our company is carrying out a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) project, that is a methodological approach aimed to analyzing the environmental impacts of products and services, which consists in compiling and evaluation throughout the life cycle of the incoming and outgoing flows, as well as the potential environmental impacts, of a product system. Through an LCA it is therefore possible to reconstruct the phases that characterize the life cycle of a product/service.
