Atlantis Headwear x Sea the Change

“30 Hats Later” is the event by Atlantis that celebrates connections and embraces responsibility as a shared value!

“30 Hats Later”: a journey of connections, creativity, and shared experience.

From September 25 to 27, 2025, the stunning setting of the Hotel Almar in Jesolo will become the stage for 30 Hats Later, our international gathering that brings together partners and stakeholders from across the globe.

We have meticulously crafted every detail to turn this meeting into a truly unique experience: international speakers will inspire us with insightful talks and networking sessions will spark authentic connections. But we didn’t stop there. We have also designed an immersive journey inside our HQ, transformed into a real brand experience. Guests will discover our new Showroom, explore the Innovation Hub, and witness the creative process of hat co-creation, the very heartbeat of Atlantis.

Atlantis Headwear x Sea the Change

“30 Hats Later” means Atlantis Headwear x Sea the Change.

We wanted 30 Hats Laterto be more than just a meeting: a living manifesto of our values. This is why we partnered with Sea the Change, the Venetian startup that helps us measure, monitor, and balance the environmental impact of the event.

Since becoming a Benefit Company, we have learned to look beyond numbers: we don’t only measure what we do, but most importantly why we do it. This mindset drives us to transform intentions into tangible results, and performance into meaning. With 30 Hats Later, we reaffirm that sustainability is not a side note but an integral part of our identity, and that every choice can and must leave a positive mark.

Sea the Change was born with a clear mission: to safeguard seas and coastlines through measurable and transparent actions. Their expertise allows us to turn our meeting into a concrete example of responsible management, showing that sustainability and business can thrive together, even in a context of networking, creativity, and entertainment.

With their support, we have chosen to analyze the full carbon footprint of the event, from direct emissions linked to travel and on-site activities, to indirect ones tied to energy consumption, and even the wider impacts generated by logistics and participants’ journeys. This assessment lays the groundwork for immediate reduction strategies and replicable solutions for the future.

Unavoidable emissions, instead, will be compensated through Blue Carbon Credits, certified projects dedicated to the protection and restoration of marine habitats in the Venetian lagoon. Here, macroalgae and phytoplankton capture and store CO₂, transforming themselves into extraordinary natural carbon reservoirs that help restore balance to a fragile and invaluable ecosystem.

Atlantis Headwear x Sea the Change: a commitment to shared responsibility and transparency.

We wanted our guests to play an active role in this journey as well. That is why they will receive exclusive gifts made from algae-based paper: an innovative, low-impact material created by repurposing excess marine biomass. Each piece becomes a powerful symbol: a fragment of the sea transformed into design, a tangible reminder that change is built on simple, everyday choices.

At the close of 30 Hats Later, we will also present a comprehensive impact report, making visible the entire journey we have undertaken: the emissions produced, the mitigation actions implemented, and the results achieved. We will rely on leading international frameworks, from the SDGs to the GRI, from the ESRS to the Ocean Impact Navigator, because we believe that transparency is the first step toward shared responsibility.

We envisioned this event as a living lab of connections, ideas, and possibilities. But above all, as a commitment: to continue building together a future where style, community, and respect for the environment are not separate chapters, but inseparable parts of the same story.
