Atlantis Headwear x CUOA Business School
A conversation on family business hosted at our HQ.
CUOA Business School: where managerial culture meets business vision.
Some encounters are created to explore a topic, while others also succeed in opening up a genuine space for reflection, where experience, responsibility and vision come together. It is in this spirit that we welcomed CUOA Business School to our HQ, a leading institution in managerial and entrepreneurial education in Italy, committed for nearly seventy years to the development of entrepreneurs, managers and professionals. The connection between Atlantis Headwear and CUOA feels entirely natural, grounded in a shared belief: the growth of a company also depends on the quality of its decisions, the preparation of those called to make them, and the ability to look to the future with awareness.

Family business governance, today.
On Tuesday, 21 April 2026, Atlantis Headwear hosted at its HQ the event “Governare l’impresa familiare oggi. Perché formarsi al ruolo di Consigliere di Amministrazione”, conceived as an in-person conversation dedicated to the theme of governance in family businesses.
The discussion brought together Paolo Gubitta, Director of the programme Il Consiglio di Amministrazione nelle imprese familiari and of the CUOA Entrepreneurship Centre, alongside Alessandro Colle Tiz and Francesca Colle Tiz, owners of Master Italia and former participants in the programme. At the heart of the meeting were issues that are crucial to the present and future of family-run companies: the role and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, collective leadership, generational transition, and the weight of strategic decision-making in today’s context. For us, it was a valuable opportunity to open our headquarters to a conversation that speaks not only about business, but about the way it is led, renewed and projected over time.
