Atlantis Headwear welcomes the Confindustria Veneto Est Sustainability Group

For the second consecutive year, we are proud members of the Confindustria Veneto Est Sustainability Group: a network bringing together around 90 local companies committed to advanced sustainability practices and integrating ESG criteria into their business models.

Within this virtuous ecosystem, companies are organized into working groups to foster genuine, action-oriented exchanges aimed at tangible impact. This year, we are sharing the journey with Cartotecnica Postumia, Colfert, Buzzi Unicem, San Marco Group, and AKU: companies that, like us, see sustainability as both a strategic responsibility and a driver of innovation. Each month, we rotate through different company locations to work on common goals, measurement tools, governance, and supply chain development. These are not merely update meetings; they are ongoing laboratories where sustainability becomes a method, a culture, and a shared vision.

We believe positive impact doesn’t happen by itself. It emerges from dialogue, grows through transparency, and solidifies through valuable relationships. Being part of the Confindustria Veneto Est Sustainability Group reinforces this belief, allowing us to actively contribute to the responsible growth of our region.

February 11: a day at our HQ.

On February 11, we had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from our working group to the Atlantis Headwear HQ for a day dedicated to sharing our ESG journey.

The afternoon began with a warm welcome, followed by a tour of the Atlantis and Custom Made Showrooms. We guided our guests through the spaces where ideas come to life: from creative offices to operational areas, showcasing, in an open and transparent way, the initiatives that drive our daily commitment.

We then moved to the Innovation Hub to explore our path as a Benefit Company and the tangible actions we are taking across Governance, Product, Environment, People, and Community. Guests had the chance to see our proprietary tools in action, including our Product Sustainability Framework and Carbon Footprint calculation system, and to learn about the results we’ve achieved and our decarbonization targets guiding our strategy. The day also included a visit to our new Logistics Hub: a space designed to optimize workflows, minimize environmental impact, and support future growth with a strong focus on energy efficiency and operational responsibility.

At Atlantis Headwear, sustainability isn’t a slogan, it’s a continuous process. It’s not just a message to communicate, it’s a culture to live and share. Engaging with other companies that share this same drive for improvement confirms we are on the right path: building, day by day, a more responsible future.
