Atlantis Headwear x Unobravo

In Cefalù, custom bucket hats and live printing came together for Unobravo’s 2026 Corporate Retreat.

Atlantis Headwear x Unobravo: a new Corporate Retreat in Cefalù.

From 15 to 17 September, we joined Unobravo in Cefalù, Sicily, for their 2026 Corporate Retreat, an occasion designed to bring together people and teams who work remotely from across Italy and abroad throughout the year. For us, it marked our second time joining Unobravo for a Corporate Retreat, continuing a collaboration that began just a few months earlier and has grown around a shared idea: using headwear to strengthen identity and create a deeper sense of belonging.

For this new experience, we selected two styles from the Atlantis collection: Pico, a compact bucket hat made from recycled nylon, water resistant and free from PFCs, and Forever-S, crafted from organic and recycled cotton with a subtle washed finish. Two different interpretations of the same silhouette, chosen for its natural connection to the summer atmosphere and seaside setting of Cefalù.

During the Retreat, together with SIZEPROD, a Palermo based creative hub specializing in the design and production of custom apparel and merchandise, we brought a dedicated Live Printing Experience to the Unobravo community. Each participant could select and combine a range of graphics before seeing them applied directly to their own bucket hat. Curated together with the Unobravo team, the designs explored a visual language of threads, knots and tangled lines, creating a connection between the identities of the two brands and turning personalization into an active part of the evening.

Starting from the same hat and the same visual elements, each person created a different combination, transforming a shared product into something distinctly personal. A simple experience that encouraged interaction while strengthening the sense of belonging among people with different roles, backgrounds and stories. And our journey with Unobravo did not end there. In Cefalù, we also met Danila De Stefano, Founder & CEO of Unobravo, for a new interview that will become part of Real Head, True Stories. A new story is coming soon.
