Atlantis Headwear at Settimana della Sostenibilità 2026
We took part in a necessary conversation, bringing our vision as a company.
Settimana della Sostenibilità 2026.
From March 17 to 20, at MOVE Hotels Venezia Nord in Mogliano Veneto, we returned to Settimana della Sostenibilità for the second consecutive year. The fifth edition of the event, promoted by Confindustria Veneto Est, was created to encourage dialogue around the three pillars of sustainability – environmental, social, and economic – by fostering a space where companies, schools, research centres, startups, and institutions can share practices, languages, and perspectives.
For Atlantis Headwear, being there meant sharing not only a talk, but a part of our journey. This is where the deeper meaning of our participation becomes clear: engaging with other companies striving to make responsible choices helps us feel less isolated, build trust as a business community, and maintain clarity as we continue shaping the future. In this sense, Settimana della Sostenibilità was not just an event, but a place where ESG moved beyond an abstract concept to become a shared vision, responsibility, and direction.

Our voice on stage.
During the speech by Elisa Pavan, Sustainability Manager at Atlantis Headwear, we shared how we approach sustainability within our company: not as an additional statement, but as a structural element that guides our strategy, decisions, and investments.
This evolution stems from a clear decision: transforming Master Italia into a Benefit Company, in order to integrate sustainability into governance and decision-making processes, shifting from a purely performance-driven logic to one focused on impact. The areas we have chosen to take responsibility for include governance, people, community, supply chain, environment, and product, each supported by concrete and measurable objectives. This is also where one of the most significant steps in our journey takes shape: rather than limiting ourselves to creating low-impact capsules or additional lines, we are progressively transforming the entire Atlantis collection through robust measurement tools. For us, sustainability is not a message to showcase. It is a strategic lever, a way to interpret industry risks, anticipate market shifts, make data-driven decisions, and build long-term, resilient growth.
Data, complexity and a clearer direction.
Settimana della Sostenibilità reinforced a clear awareness: the textile industry is undergoing a structural transformation, driven by regulatory pressure, data quality, supply chain traceability, and evolving market expectations.
From topics such as Ecodesign, the Digital Product Passport, and Extended Producer Responsibility, to the contradictions shaping consumer behaviour, a complex yet clear picture emerges: sustainability can no longer be treated as an optional element. It must become measurable, credible, and recognised. This is where vision becomes stronger. This is where we understand that sustainability is not about meeting obligations, but about creating long-term value. And today, more than ever, this is the direction we are committed to pursuing.
