Atlantis Headwear completes its CFP calculation
Product Carbon Footprint: every Atlantis cap reveals its impact with immediate transparency.
Atlantis Headwear’s Carbon Footprint Reports.
With the completion of the Carbon Footprint of Product (CFP) for every Atlantis sustainable product, we have chosen to make a journey that holds clear value for us even more accessible: turning sustainability into a tangible, readable, and shareable culture.
Within each report, we present the Product Carbon Footprint, namely, CO₂ equivalent emissions expressed in kilograms per single unit, calculated through a Life Cycle Assessment study. But we do not stop at the final figure: we elevate its meaning, explain its scope, and make it easier to interpret. Because today, for us, measuring does not simply mean quantifying: it means offering customers and partners an additional tool to truly understand what they are choosing.

From supply chain to data: the project shaping our transparency.
Behind every report lies in-depth work involving methodology, supply chain, and accountability. Environmental data is processed internally using the CF Atlantis tool, developed specifically with the support of SCF International – LCA Ambiente, within a CFP Systematic Approach designed to be consistent, replicable, and updatable across the entire product portfolio, in compliance with UNI EN ISO 14067:2018 and PCR 2024:03 standards.
Each CFP Report also includes the product’s bill of materials, the origin of components, system boundaries, and the breakdown of impact across Upstream, Core, and Downstream stages, following a cradle-to-gate approach aligned with our B2B model. Today, this work covers 125 Atlantis items and makes visible not only the kg CO₂eq per unit, but also the impact reduction compared to a conventional version of the product.
This is how measurement becomes direction: in 2024, we avoided 536.981 kg CO₂eq, and in 2025, 558.899 kg CO₂eq, thanks to the use of recycled and organic materials. A result also made possible by mapping our supply chain and collecting Transaction Certificates, which verify the origin and actual use of recycled materials in our production. It is precisely through engagement with organizations that share this same drive for continuous improvement that we find confirmation we are on the right path: building, every day, a more responsible future.
