Atlantis Academy: The value of shared knowledge.
On November 12, we launched the first edition of Atlantis Academy, opening the doors of our Innovation Hub and welcoming a group of our retailer network to a journey shaped by dialogue, discovery, and meaningful exchange.
We presented who we are today: a Benefit Company with over thirty years of expertise in designing and manufacturing premium-quality hats and beanies. A company deeply rooted in a manufacturing culture that prioritizes attention to detail, continuous innovation, and a concrete commitment to a more responsible future.
During the introductory session, we explored our vision, our evolution, and what drives every decision we make: a dynamic balance between aesthetics, functionality, and values. In our narrative, the story of a hat intertwines with that of carefully selected materials, advanced construction techniques, and an international distribution ecosystem now spanning more than 60 countries.

Atlantis Academy: A dialogue weaving innovation, product, and sustainability.
The day continued with a technical deep dive into the heart of our products: from research and development to the anatomy of a hat, all the way to the best sellers of the Atlantis collection. We had the opportunity to experience fabrics first-hand, explore construction solutions and functional details, and gain insights into the elements shaping perceived product quality: including shape, components, and performance.
One of the most meaningful moments was devoted to our sustainable transition journey: a constant commitment that involves people, processes, and materials. Through data, scientific measurements, and Life Cycle Assessment, we shared how our impact is monitored and reduced. From organic cotton to recycled polyester, from responsible dyeing techniques to fishing-net recovery projects: every choice represents a tangible step toward more conscious headwear.
The afternoon concluded with a guided tour through our warehouse and showroom, exploring sustainability and conventional testing, exclusive previews of the 2026 collection, and a focus on customizable projects and complementary services, including: our media library, commercial tools, and concept books. A final open conversation wrapped up the day, accompanied by an aperitivo that added an even more authentic touch to the experience.
Atlantis Academy is just the beginning: we will continue building this journey together, envisioning new opportunities to shape the future of headwear.
