Selection process

We select people with extreme care, paying great attention to analyzing aptitudes and listening to ambitions and desires. We ensure a transparent process, committed to ensuring an environment inclusive of all diversities.

  1. Send us your application without forgetting to tell us why you would like to work at Master Italia. Motivation is as important to us as experience.
  2. If your profile has struck us, we will contact you for an initial telephone interview in which we will try to get to know you better from a professional point of view and to understand what prompted you to send us your CV. We will also give you some more information about our company and the position you are interested in.
  3. In the event that this first chat was successful, we will propose an introductory interview at our office to deepen your skills and get to know you better from a human point of view. Otherwise, we will still send you an email explaining the reasons why we preferred not to continue with the selection.
  4. If you possess the hard and soft skills we are looking for, we will propose a second interview with the department manager. The methods of this meeting could differ based on the role: it could be a further study of hard skills or a technical test. In any case, if we prefer not to continue with the selection, we will send you an email explaining the reasons.
  5. If your profile is the most suitable for the position sought, we will make you our salary proposal complete with all the benefits offered by the company.
