This Sustainability Report provides an overview of Master Italia’s ESG strategy and key actions.
It has been prepared in alignment with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), following the VSME framework developed by EFRAG for voluntary sustainability reporting by non-listed SMEs.

With this first Impact Report, we want to share where we are today, but more importantly, where we are headed. It is an invitation to transparency, collaboration and sharing.

Our process for preparing and internally verifying Carbon Footprint studies has been certified in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14067:2018 and PCR 2024:03 – “Apparel, except fur and leather apparel”, within the CFP Systematic Approach.
This certification confirms Master Italia’s structured and transparent management of product Carbon Footprint calculations (caps, scarves, neck warmers, gloves) and strengthens the reliability of our proprietary “CF Atlantis” tool, used for ecodesign and for assessing the environmental impacts of our products.

Master Italia has achieved GOTS certification, allowing us to distribute our hats and beanies made from 100% organic cotton in full compliance with the Global Organic Textile Standard.

Master Italia has obtained GRS certification, authorizing the distribution of hats and beanies made with at least 20% pre- and post-consumer recycled materials, in compliance with the Global Recycled Standard.

Our company has obtained the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification for a wide range of products within our Made in Europe collection. Certificate No. PG020126968 covers items made from virgin materials. The certification ensure that our products are free from harmful substances and meet the highest safety standards.

We’ve developed our own Sustainability Communication Guidelines to ensure a consistent and transparent approach across all channels. By sharing them with our distributors and clients, we aim to clarify the reasoning behind key decisions and support accurate, informed conversations around sustainability.

A powerful assessment tool that measures our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices — from labor rights and workplace safety to environmental care and corporate integrity, all in line with international standards.

Through voluntary non-financial reporting, we openly and honestly share our commitment, the goals we've achieved, those we’ve missed, and the projects we aspire to bring to life.

The Code of Ethics is an integral and essential part of our governance system, as it defines Master Italia’s stance and commitment toward its stakeholders, while providing a clear set of values for everyone operating within its sphere of influence.

This key document outlines the ethical and social responsibility standards we expect all our suppliers to uphold. It covers critical areas such as ethical labor, safety, environmental protection, and transparency — ensuring that our supply chain is aligned with our corporate values and sustainability goals, and that all business practices remain ethical and accountable.

Our very first Sustainability Report, voluntarily compiled as a key tool that allowed us to lay the foundation for our initial sustainability strategy based on the Sustainable Development Goals. We’ve chosen to keep it available — both as a gesture of transparency and as a reminder of how far we’ve come over the years.
