It all begins with a meeting. Sometimes it’s direct input from the client, other times it’s a proposal shaped by our know-how, tailored to their industry and market needs: from corporate and promotional to fashion, sportswear, and merchandising. This is where we start building a dialogue, gathering insights, values, and objectives that will shape the future cap.
The brief is our entry point into a brand’s identity. Here we analyze logos, colors, target audiences, and positioning. It’s not just about understanding how to customize a cap, but about interpreting who is behind that brand. Every visual element is studied to identify the most authentic stylistic direction: one that can transform an accessory into a recognizable symbol. Next comes the ideation phase, which is never a solitary process. We invite our clients to join us in a co-creation space: a journey that combines inspiration, technical expertise, and aesthetic sensitivity. At this stage, the collection starts becoming an experience, shaped through exchanges, proposals, and feedback. A project also comes to life through visual storytelling. Our moodboards collect images, textures, colors, and references that translate ideas into a visual narrative. It’s a creative process that sparks imagination and opens new possibilities, allowing the client to see their caps even before they exist.
From intuition to material: turning a project into reality.
Choosing the materials is the moment when a collection finds its voice. Cotton for simplicity, polyester for sports performance and dynamic looks, nylon for durability and technical treatments, velvet for a premium, fashion-forward attitude. But our commitment goes further still. Since becoming a Benefit Corporation, every choice we make has been guided by the will to create a positive impact. That’s why our materials are more than a technical decision, they’re a conscious act of responsibility and respect for our surroundings: from recycled and organic cotton to regenerated polyester and nylon, all the way down to every detail of the hat, including closures and visors. Alongside fabrics, patches become key players: sewn, silicone, embroidered, metal, leather, or eco-leather.
But before becoming reality, every project passes through the creation of a graphic template. This detailed and faithful simulation, enhanced by an Inspiration Gallery, shows how the cap will take shape from every angle: front, side, and back. It’s a crucial step, turning an idea into a concrete vision and enabling the client to picture the cap already being worn.
Finally, the project takes form. Once the template is approved, the cap goes into production, following quality standards that combine craftsmanship, technology, and attention to detail.
