Thirty years are not just numbers, they are the living trace of a journey interwoven with people, ideas, and places. From our beginnings in the 90s to today, we have embraced evolution and transformation without ever losing sight of our essence: creating hats that are not mere accessories, but true expressions of personality and belonging. “30 Hats Later” is more than the name of the event that marked our anniversary: it embodies what we have become, while staying true to who we have always been.

We chose to celebrate our thirtieth anniversary with those who have always walked alongside us: our distributors. The 2025 Meeting, held at the stunning Almar Hotel in Jesolo, was more than just an event. It was three days of authentic connections, shared reflections, and exclusive previews that wove together business and conviviality.
The stage alternated between voices and visions: from the keynote of our President & CEO Alessandro Colle Tiz, to the commercial outlook shared by our Vice President & Commercial Director Federico Pasini, to the insights of Elisa Pavan, Sustainability Manager at Atlantis Headwear, and Serena Moro, Founder & CEO of Cikis Studio, who is helping to redefine sustainability in the fashion industry. Adding a truly unique touch was the video message from Sir John Kirwan, living legend of the All Blacks, who shared a powerful reflection on courage and authenticity. His words gave voice to the partnership between Atlantis and the New Zealand national team, today more alive than ever thanks to the Atlantis X All Blacks Capsule Collection.
Yet the true soul of “30 Hats Later” emerged in the details. The exclusive preview of the 2026 Collection, presented by our Product Manager Camilla Battistutta, narrated our creative evolution, while moments of conviviality strengthened bonds and sparked new connections. We were also joined by partners who share our vision: from Sea the Change, supporting us in monitoring and balancing the environmental impact of the event, to Rehub, the Venetian startup that transforms non-recyclable glass waste into sustainable design materials, featured in the special gifts for our guests.
The journey culminated with a return home: a visit to our completely renewed HQ, with its new showrooms and Innovation Hub that embody the future we are building. Since becoming a Benefit Corporation, our focus has gone beyond numbers: we measure not only what we do, but above all why we do it. “30 Hats Later” confirmed that every choice, every encounter, and every project can leave a positive mark, reshaping the way we think about the future, together.
